Did you order the products before 1 p.m.? Then it will be packed the same day and sent with the delivery service. Within the Netherlands, the delivery service delivers the package the following business day.

Netherlands: under €30, you pay €2.95. Above €30, shipping is free.

Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: under €30 you pay €5. Above €30, shipping is free.

EU: Minimum order value of €50. Shipping costs are €10.

Outside EU: Minimum order value of €50. Shipping costs are €25.

Returning

Not satisfied with your new purchase? You have the right to return an item free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period, you may view and evaluate the item as you would in a store.
