What do I do if I ordered something wrong, can I cancel my order?

What is your delivery time?

Please keep a close eye on our website for current delivery times. Delivery time averages between 1-2 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium. As soon as you go before 14.00, the package will be packed the same day and given to the delivery service. If there are extreme crowds at the delivery service or warehouse, these delivery times may vary. We will always mention this on the webshop.

My package was delivered, but I didn't receive anything. Where was my package delivered?

The assortment of Herome varies from store to store. Therefore, it is not possible for us to have a current inventory by store. Therefore, always contact the store near you to check stock levels.

Are all of your products available in stores?

Luckily, not all of our products are for sale in stores. Only a few stores sell Herome's entire range. How long will my products have a shelf life?

On the packaging of each product, the expiration date is indicated using the PAO symbol. This symbol is identified by the image of a jar with an open lid. This symbol shows how many months a product has a shelf life after you open it.

Can I receive samples of your products?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

What should I do if I have had an allergic reaction?

Oh, that's incredibly annoying. Immediately contact the store where you purchased the product. Can't make it to the store? Then you can contact our customer service department. Together we will look for an appropriate solution.

My article is flawed. What can I do?
