How can I return my order?

Not happy with your new purchase after all? You have the right to return an item free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your order, without providing a reason (right of withdrawal). During this period you may look at the item and assess it as you would in a shop.

To be able to grant you the right of return, we would ask you to first contact our customer service team via +31 (0)36 52 10 130 or sales@herome.com. Open weekdays from 08:30 to 17:00. Our customer service team will then provide you with the instructions for the return shipment.

Herome Cosmetics is one of the only independent Dutch cosmetics manufacturers. This means that Herome Cosmetics develops, manufactures, distributes and sells all of its own products at home and abroad. Our products find their way to consumers through wholesalers, drug stores, perfumeries, beauty salons and the Internet.

Not satisfied with the products? Within 14 days you can return the order. Within this period of time you can check the order like you would do in the shop. If the products are not used and in good shape, you will receive your refund.
