Can I change my order?

To deliver your order as soon as possible, we start working on it immediately in our warehouse! Therefore, it is only possible to cancel your order for a short period. Within a maximum of 10 minutes, you need to contact our customer service at +31 (0)36 52 10 130.

Of course, you may always return the products free of charge within 14 days if you don’t want to keep them.

Our products find their way to consumers through wholesalers, drug stores, perfumeries, beauty salons and the Internet.

Not satisfied with the products? Within 14 days you can return the order. Within this period of time you can check the order like you would do in the shop. If the products are not used and in good shape, you will receive your refund.
