I did not receive an order confirmation, was my order successful?

How nice that you ordered with us! Normally you will receive an order confirmation on the same day. Due to the extremely busy period, this can sometimes take a bit longer than you are used to. To be sure, check your spam inbox. Did you not receive a confirmation the same day? Then please contact our customer service.

What if I have ordered something wrong, can I cancel my order?

To deliver your order as soon as possible, we immediately start working on it in our warehouse! Therefore, it is only possible to cancel your order for a short period. Within a maximum of 10 minutes, you need to contact our customer service at +31 (0)36 52 10 130.  

 Of course, you may always return the products free of charge within 14 days if you don’t want to keep them.

Oops, that’s obviously not the intention. Keep the order number at hand and contact our customer service. We will then sort it out for you as soon as possible!

How can I return my order?

Not happy with your new purchase after all? You have the right to return an item free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your order, without providing a reason (right of withdrawal). During this period you may look at the item and assess it as you would in a shop.

To be able to grant you the right of return, we would ask you to first contact our customer service team via +31 (0)36 52 10 130 or sales@herome.com. Open weekdays from 08:30 to 17:00. Our customer service team will then provide you with the instructions for the return shipment.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, you can! Mention in the order notes that your order is a gift. Our warehouse will make sure your order is festively packed.

How do I redeem a coupon code?
