What is your delivery time?
Keep an eye on our website for the current delivery times. The delivery time is on average between 1-2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you order before 14:00, the package will be packed the same day and given to the delivery service. If the delivery service or warehouse is extremely busy, these delivery times may vary. We will always mention this on the webshop.
Are you ordering from another country within or outside the EU? Then the delivery time depends entirely on the country of destination. Please contact our customer service for the current delivery times.
My package was delivered, but I have not received anything. Where has my package been delivered?
Thank you for your order at Herome Cosmetics. Did you already receive the Track & Trace information of your order by email? With this information, you can see where your package is at this moment. It might be possible that the package was delivered to your neighbors.

I accidentally entered the wrong address, can I still change it?
To deliver your order as soon as possible, we start working on it immediately in our warehouse! It is therefore only possible to change your address for a short period. Within a maximum of 10 minutes, please contact our customer service via +31 (0)36 52 10 130. Then our colleagues can help you quickly and competently.
